With that in mind, we appreciate your continued patience if you experience a delay in your shipment. Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you.

DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.95 (3-5 working days)

LOCAL DELIVERY - £3.00 (Within Doncaster area)

COLLECTION - FREE

Please note: Delivery is currently within UK mainland only.

Due to an incredibly high number of orders, we aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this isn't possible we will contact you by e-mail to let you know. Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order. If this is the case this will be included in the product description. 

Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us. As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, Unless you specify we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. 

CAN I COLLECT THE FURNITURE ORDER FROM YOU?

WHAT IS THE COST OF FURNITURE DELIVERY?

Should you place an order for an item of furniture that you require to be delivered, you will be charged the standard delivery fee of £4.95 at checkout. Once your order is received, we will be in touch to confirm any additional delivery details so that we can provide a courier quote. Once the quote is confirmed, you will be required to pay the additional courier cost in full (less your shipping paid on your order) and we will arrange this shipment for you.

Please ensure you enter your address correctly when ordering, including your postcode as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule where necessary.

During busy periods and public holidays please allow longer for delivery.

Please ensure prior to ordering your furniture it will fit in your home and through the door.
